This Privacy Policy describes how Systems Health Care (“SHC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Stephen C. Gangemi, DC, collects, uses, and discloses your information when you visit our website (systemshealthcare.com, systemshealthcare.net), register an account, comment on posts or forums, subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or schedule consultations.
What information do we collect?
We collect limited personal information only when you voluntarily provide it:
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to unrelated parties without consent (except as described below).
– Directly from you: Name and email address when you register an account, post comments, participate in forums, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us via forms or email.
– For consultations: Any personal or health-related information you voluntarily email to drgangemi@gmail.com (e.g. forms, labs). This is treated confidentially but transmitted via unencrypted email (see security section).
– Automatically via cookies and analytics: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and usage statistics through Google Analytics. Cookies help with site functionality (e.g., log-ins, navigation) and analytics but do not store personal health information.
– Payment information: Processed securely via PayPal, Venmo or Stripe; we do not store or view your credit card details.
This Privacy Policy does not protect you when you send content, questions, or ideas to SHC by email or the “Contact” page. It also does not protect you if you choose to voluntary offer personal information anywhere on the site. If you want to keep your information private or proprietary, do not send this in an email to SHC or post your information anywhere on the SHC site.

If you choose to set-up a consult with Dr. Gangemi and email personal information to him via drgangemi@gmail.com, any information you send is kept in strict confidence. Printed copies of any forms, labs, or other material you send via email for a consult may be kept in Dr. Gangemi’s office (address below). However, he cannot guarantee the security of any email transaction (including personal health information attachments). Emails are not encrypted. If you are unsure of the security of sending any personal information via email you should refrain from doing so; regular mail and/or fax may be more appropriate.
Cookies and Analytics:
We use cookies for functionality and Google Analytics to track anonymous usage (e.g., visitor numbers, IP addresses, pages viewed).

We value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. We do not sell/share for advertising.
As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into the SHC site or by contacting us via the “Contact” page with any concerns.
